Hyundai Motor Philippines, Inc. (HMPH)’s road to 45 dealerships by the end of 2023 starts with the very-first dealership inaugurated under its watch: Hyundai Roxas.
Situated in Barangay Bolo in the capital of Capiz, Hyundai Roxas sits on a land area of 3,783-square meters. Its showroom can house up to four vehicles, while its service area has six service bays.
Roxas, now evolving as a center for trade and commerce, is the “Seafood Capital of the Philippines” because it is home to the richest fishing grounds and marine life sanctuaries. Aside from this, it is also recognized as the cleanest and greenest component city in Western Visayas.
“It was just a few weeks ago when we had a special unveiling in Iloilo of our new MPV, the Stargazer. And today, we celebrate yet another milestone for the Ang Group, with the inauguration of Hyundai Roxas,” according to Mr. Young Uk Ko, Directing Coordinator for Aftersales of HMPH who represented the organization during the ceremonial event last Wednesday, December 7. “Alongside, Mr. Tonton, Mr. Tony and their dedicated team, we are very excited to finally be here in this part of the Panay Island. We are grateful for their continued trust and confidence towards the Hyundai brand. And we look forward to helping them achieve more breakthroughs for years to come.”
The Ang Group, headed by their Chairman, Mr. Antonio “Tonton” Ang, is one of the network’s pioneers. A loyal and dedicated partner for over two decades, it has gone above and beyond to take care of Hyundai customers dating back to 2002 with Hyundai Iloilo. “We started construction in 2019, but when the pandemic hit last 2020, we struggled to finish the construction. Thankfully, after three years and overcoming that significant setback, I am proud and enthusiastic to finally welcome you all to our showroom,” says Mr. Tonton.
Hyundai Roxas operates Mondays to Saturdays from 8 AM to 5 PM.
