In the Philippines, if there’s one Hyundai
that’s already recognized for being an iconic on its own right, it’s the Grand
Starex. Known for its extreme comfort, durability, and reliability, the Grand
Starex is always been one of the country’s best-selling large family van.
Therefore, it shouldn’t come as a surprise when the Hyundai Grand Starex has
been chosen as the official mobility partner for the annual Asian Development
Bank (ADB) meet.
Hyundai Asia Resources, Inc. (HARI), the
exclusive distributor of Hyundai vehicles in the Philippines has provided no less
than 50 units of its legendary Grand Starex to transport 4,000 delegates from
67 ADB member countries attending the 45th Asian Development Bank
Annual Meeting of Board of Governors. This meet, which will run from May 2-5,
at the Philippine International Convention Center (PICC) and SMX Convention Center
will see finance and economic ministers, government officials as well as
leaders in business, multilateral organizations, civil society, academe, and
the media tackle the different economic and financial issues facing the world
today. This is the first time the Philippines is hosting this meet.
With the theme “Realizing Opportunities
through Good Governance and Partnerships: An Inroad to Inclusive Growth and
Development,” the meeting shall showcase the country’s resilience amid global
financial uncertainties, it’s strong commitment to enhancing public-private
partnerships, and the best of Filipino culture, products, services, and
industries.
