Nissan Motor Philippines, Inc. (NMPI) is the first car maker to reveal more about what to expect at the upcoming Philippine International Motor Show (PIMS) which will run from August 16-19 at the World Trade Center.
Taking a cue from the theme of “Drive the Fun”, NMPI will be showcasing the Grand Livina Highway Star, X-Trail Highway Star, and Teana. At the same time, NMPI will be previewing the all-new Almera compact sedan.
Completing the list is the 370Z “concept model” (i.e. no plans of being sold locally) as Nissan's take on “erotic mechanism” (their word, not ours). The 370Z is also the work of a Filipino designer who accepted Nissan's challenge held within the global Nissan Design Studios.
“We are excited for this year’s PIMS because it’s all about what Nissan believes and lives for,” Allen Chen, president of Nissan Motor Philippines, Inc. enthuses. “NMPI designs and builds vehicles that zoom in this whole concept. We believe in shifting the way our consumers move by providing them with vehicles built around them.”
Aside from these new vehicles, NMPI has also lined up other activities as well as freebies. Test drives will also be available on site for those interested to try out any new Nissan vehicle.

My new 2010 370Z was unreliable, with warranty denials.
ReplyDeleteNissan and/or its Andorra dealer apparently in a cover-up.
Nissan finally admitted it was a 2009
Lovely car, appalling service: lawsuit in progress.
