Great Service Starts with Great Ideas: Share Your Customer Feedback with Kia and Win Up to US$ 5,000!


Brands and businesses are always on the lookout for new and interactive ways to touch base with their loyal and potential customers and Kia is starting a different beat in this regard. Tagged as the Customer Idea Contest, Kia owners can submit their most innovative ideas and suggestions on how Kia can provide an ideal service experience while winning a chance for Service Discounts!

This is a global contest for all Kia owners worldwide where a winning Filipino participant will be eligible to go on and win US$ 5,000 if his/her entry is chosen. Launched last December 9, 2013, a dedicated website– http://idea.kia.com – was made to direct Kia owners to the contest proper. As an added bonus, the participants can get a chance to win a Maintenance Service Gift Certificate worth Php 14,000. The entries will be judged based on the following criteria: 30% Creativity, 40% Feasibility, and 40% Effectiveness. Past and present vehicle owners may submit their ideas until January 31, 2014. Contest winners will be announced on February 28, 2014.

Kia’s Family-like Care Service is a promise to treat vehicle owners like one would treat family. This customer-first strategy is taken a step further with efforts like the Customer Idea Contest to know first-hand what customers would like to see and experience when they have their vehicles serviced. Through this global initiative, ties between Kia followers are strengthened and made more meaningful.
