Mitsubishi Motors Philippines Shows Off 2015 ASX
Mitsubishi Motors Philippines Corporation (MMPC) is beefing its crossover line-up for 2015 as it introduces significant new improvements to its ASX compact crossover. The Made in Japan 2015 ASX offers new, exciting features that make it better to drive and great value for money in its segment.
Quietly updated last year with a re-shaped grille and bumpers, the 2015 Mitsubishi ASX ups the sportier quotient with a new honeycomb insert in the front grille. Along with the revised front grille, the ASX now gets new LED daytime running light, two-tone 17-inch alloy wheels, and on top-of-the-line models, a new super wide-range HID headlamp that sends out a broader beam of light (160-degrees). The ASX is available in six colors: Sapporo Silver, Sonic Blue, Amazon Red, Virgil Gray, Biscuit White, and Carbon Black.
Inside, the ASX receives a push-button engine start/stop system across the line to go along with the all-black interior scheme with leather or fabric (lower-end model) as well as a 6.5-inch LCD touchscreen monitor that plays DVDs along with GPS (dealer option). As always, the ASX has the convenience of a tilt/telescopic steering wheel and steering wheel mounted controls. For the new range-topping GSR, the ASX gets a panoramic glass roof extending all the way over the front and rear seats. The roof is attractively illuminated with LED at night.
Now available solely as a 2WD model, the 2015 ASX is still powered by the 4B11 engine with 150 horsepower and 197 Nm of torque. Mated to that engine is a new 6-speed CVT transmission with Sportronic. This new CVT promises a more efficient and quieter experience than before.
The 2015 ASX will be sold from P 1,148,000 for the GLS variant and P 1,248,000 for the GSR variant. To entice customers, MMPC is offering a P 50,000 discount for both models.

Love this car..got mine last week..do we have ASX car club in Philippines?
ReplyDeleteYou may want to join us in Facebook. We are a group of ASX owners in Philippines. https://www.facebook.com/groups/ASXgroup.ph/
DeleteI've been checking out this car and is planning to make a cash purchase but the saleswoman of the dealership is asking for a 50% initial cash deposit.
ReplyDeleteShouldn't cash deposits be lesser than that amount and that you only have to pay the remaining amount in full once your vehicle is already available in front of you?
Maybe you should have asked first if the saleswoman is really connected to that dealership or not.
DeleteThere are sales rep who are freelancing as sales exec or SA's of a certain dealership and not really under their employ hence maybe the 50% initial cash deposit.
Try and go to several different dealerships and ask around if that is also their terms for buying a vehicle and decide for yourself which one will you take.
we just pay 5000 pesos as a reservation fee, and we pay the remainning balance when the car was available. actually, its just 1 day transaction, the SA inform us that the car was already available, we issue a Managers check in the morning, and by the afternoon, they deliver the car.
Deletei hope mitsu bring in the 1.6ltr variant for more economy drive
