Ford Philippines has finally unveiled the Philippine specifications, model variants, and pricing of the all-new 2015 Everest at its dynamic launch. After its global reveal in Beijing, its regional launch at the Bangkok International Motor Show and MIAS, you think you have everything you need to know about the Ford Everest. Except for the price. So, allow us to enlighten you. Read on.
Cutting to the chase, it comes with six variants (officially, five with the final one being an optional Premium package):

With a design led by Ford’s Asia-Pacific region design and product development teams, the Everest rides on the nameplate’s reputation for being a tough and rugged go-anywhere SUV. Now, it adds refinement, smart features, and unparalleled safety to make it the new benchmark in mid-sized SUVs.
It features 225-mm ground clearance and 800-mm water wading depth allowing it to tackle even the most challenging terrain. In addition, it comes with an intelligent four-wheel drive system with an integrated Terrain Management System (TMS) and Torque on Demand (via an Active Transfer Case). It also has traction control and hill descent control as well. Furthermore, it has an Electronic Locking Rear Differential.
Inside, SYNC comes as standard equipment (SYNC 2 on the higher-end models and SYNC 1 on the base Ambiente) with USB and Bluetooth connectivity. Models with SYNC 2 come with an 8-inch touchscreen and a first-in-its-class 10-speaker sound system. It also comes with Active Noise Cancellation.
Under the hood, the Everest comes with either the 2.2-liter Duratorq 4-cylinder engine with 160 horsepower and 385 Nm of torque or the 3.2-liter Duratorq 5-cylinder engine with 200 horsepower and 470 Nm of torque. All gearboxes, whether manual or automatic, feature six forward gears.
Ford dealerships nationwide are ready to take your orders (hurry up, as waiting lists are growing as high as 100 units per dealership). Deliveries start in September. It’s available in seven colors: Cool White, Black Mica, Sunset Red, True Red, Metropolitan Gray, Blue Reflex, and Aluminum Metallic.

Nakapag reserve na kasi ako sa MUx 4x2 LSA (no.4 in line) and im tempted to pull out my reservation and go for the everest pero mixed reaction kasi natanggap ko sa friends and family maraming nag sasabi stick to mux meron din sa everest kasi maganda daw talaga pag ford. Wala din akong medyong alam sa SUV diesel engine cars kasi sedan lang yung mga past na kotse ko both honda civic. Hope someone can help me
If you compare the specs of the 4x2 LS-A with the Ambiente A/T (or even the M/T), marami pa din kulang sa Everest (obviously it's the base model) you'll get more with the LS-A @ 1.358M.
DeleteDati nung nilabas concept ng Everest naisip ko dapat naghintay na lang, but considering the features and equipment for the price, ok lang pala kahit nabili na namin LS-A. Plus I've read issues regarding Ford's diesel engines sa Ranger, sa Isuzu wala pa except for the 3rd row seat belt recall.

DeleteTwo of my co workers were tempted to buy isuzu. Guess what, after one week, back to casa. Reason, electronic gremlims. Casa could not solve it. They offered to replace the unit but my co-workers opted for reimbursement and bought toyota.
DeleteSorry, but the trouble with isuzu is that they are better of with agricultural chassis and control - ala crosswind. Strap on with some electronics and its totally incompatible with its antiquated everything.
You wanna try an asial diesel AUV (asian utility vehicle) good luck.

Mux and everest are AUV ( asian utility vehicle) only for the third world countries, with agricultural chassis and everything, but for pinas purposes, car dealers make 100% profit by pricing these relic auvs and diesel twice the actual market price outside pinas.

I have 2.2 L MT Ranger wildtrak...and it is not underpower kaya ok na yang 2.2L AT Titanium...sana lang wag nila akong daanin na naman sa DI...they have trick me once...never gonna trick me twice.

I opted to buy the MU-X instead. Medyo nakita ko sya na complete base sa preference ko. Gusto ko rin ang Everest pero di naman ako pwedeng bumili ng dalawa :) haha. So far, tuwang tuwa naman ang 4 years old son ko sa rear monitor ng MUX.
Mga sir plan po namin kumuha ng All new everest Trend.. 2.2L 160 Hp di po ba sia under power? Sabi po nila same engine sia ng ranger na 2.2L.
