Worry-Free Holy Week Travels with Kia
As the public prepares for an extended break and some well-deserved trips on Holy Week, Kia is gearing up for a different kind of road trip– that is, a service-oriented road trip.
Columbian Autocar Corporation (CAC), the exclusive distributor of Kia vehicles in the Philippines, rolls out the annual Kia Holy Week Motorists Assistance to the delight of Kia owners and motorists alike.
CAC Aftersales Director, Apollo R. Rosal, shared, “It is common for Filipino families to take time off during the Holy Week and spend it away from the Metro. Long road trips and out-of-town vacations are the go-to activities but these can be easily spoiled by road mishaps. Despite one’s preparations, you are still one flat tire or overheated engine away from ruining an amazing, well-planned trip.”
“We want Kia vehicle owners to always travel in peace knowing that Family-like Care is just a phone call away, even on long holidays. As a result, CAC has successfully ran this roadside assistance program for many years and it has always been well-received by our customers,” Rosal added.
Kia’s signature Family-like Care service will not be taking a break when you do because CAC and its Aftersales division will still be on duty on Holy Wednesday (March 23), Maundy Thursday (March 24), Black Saturday (March 26), and Easter Sunday (March 27).
Kia customers can call the following service hotlines to get quick and convenient roadside service on the said dates: +63-2-310-5840, +63-2-310-5843, or +63-922-824-9829.
These service teams will then be immediately dispatched to Kia vehicle owners in case of breakdown or to those in need of technical support, vehicle assistance, or towing services.
Service technicians from select dealerships such as Kia Marcos Highway, Kia Pasay, Kia Molino, Kia Batangas, and Kia Pampanga will be on stand-by to provide you and your vehicle Family-like Care service you deserve.
Another easy way to get Family-like Care is to use the Kia Service Official App. Launched in February, smartphone users can simply download the app on Google Play or the App Store, select “Philippines” as country, and click “Join Us” to register their information.
With just a few taps, you can now schedule an appointment, ask for roadside assistance, or get updates about your Kia vehicles being serviced straight from your mobile phone.
Let Kia take your worries away so you can travel with ease. Call the Kia Holy Week Motorists Assistance hotlines to get Family-like Care.
