Nissan Philippines Spruces Up Juke with New N-Sport Variant (w/ Brochure)
For those who think the Nissan Juke isn’t stand out enough in terms of styling, Nissan Philippines is offering a spruced up version of its sub-compact crossover featuring both exterior and interior enhancements.
Called the N-Sport, this variant of the Juke is set apart with a sportier exterior. For one, it has offset racing stripes that run the entire length of the car. Second, it has silver-finished spoilers fitted to the bumpers front and back. Third, it has a roof spoiler. And finally, it has an exhaust finisher.
The changes don’t end there. The Juke N-Sport’s kick plates illuminate whenever the door is opened and occupants will find a bit more storage space thanks to the new center armrest console.
Mechanically, the Juke N-Sport doesn’t change from the regular Juke. This means, it’s powered by the same 1.6-liter 4-cylinder engine with 116 horsepower and 154 Nm of torque. The only transmission is Nissan’s Xtronic CVT.
The Nissan Juke N-Sport is now available in four colors: Pearl White, Solar Yellow, Red Alert, and Black Obsidian with a price of P 1,039,000.

Sluggish cvt.
ReplyDeleteSorry but the Joke, I mean Juke, will always be fugly.
ReplyDeleteah.. The vulnerable Go fast stripes! works everytime! instant 50hp on the go!
ReplyDeleteall this add on accessories makes the Juke a lot heavier!. It's like throwing the car from the frying pan into the fire!.. Will all the more makes the car run like a raped ape.
ReplyDeleteCrossovers are beautiful. However these type of vehicles can only be trusted when the sun is shining and the sky is blue.
ReplyDeleteIts good mostly for the starters. Those who always say yes to their wives or "andres". They use this type of car to go to market and buy veggies while the wife waits inside the parlor. Same with Subaru, Masda and Honda crossovers. These are the best shopping cars for guys who love to cook in the kitchen and slice onions.
But for guys who loves to take their family far off the beaten path, they use full blooded suv's or trucks. They trek the rugged trails to take time out from the hassles of urban life. They seek fresh air.
When asked what do they prefer when buying cars, they say POWER! When asked by the wife to go to market, he answers he is going to the vulcanizing shop!
I guess some people use these SUVs to validate themselves. Not all truck owners take their rides to muddy trails, nor all crossover owners only stick driving in the city.
DeleteOh god he's back. Basically if I own a forester then that means im a pussy but if I own a Trailblazer I'm a man. Let's see if you still agree if we take both vehicles to Tanay. Let's see who's the winner there retard
DeleteI buy a car that suits my lifestyle, I'm a bachelor in my 20's so I bought a Mazda CX-3. If you're a family man, then buy a 7 seater 3rd world SUV. I won't buy a bulky Fortuner only to be used by myself in the city. It depends on what a person needs. I cringed at those men buying a 4x4 SUV or a truck that use their vehicle 99% of the time in the city or they do not even use the 2nd or 3rd row. They are stupid trying to look macho, I think they're compensating for something. Hmm?
DeleteAutoactiv is compensating for his........
DeleteSmug alert.
DeleteSaid the guy who is clearly overcompensating for his tiny #$@&...
DeleteIf I could turn back time, I would own a Juke rather than the Avanza. coz well, i`ve got a small family (only me and my mom plus girlfriend) It really depends on your need. Maybe this AutoActiv guy NEEDS an SUV to compensate for his QUESTIONABLE MANLINESS HAHAHA!

ReplyDeleteAutoActive says 'POWER!' royalista pala sya LOL!
ReplyDeleteN-sport could mean Non sport, or Nada sport or Nil sport or No sport. It's all cosmetics with a huge price tag. Had they slapped in the turbo, it's a game changer from there. considering turbos are a common commodity now.
ReplyDeleteMaybe AutoActive is Sir Uly himself!
ReplyDeleteWTF? 🙄
DeleteLol
DeleteJust kidding Sir LOL he's just plain annoying but laughing stock of this site
ReplyDeleteI've driven the Juke and loved it. My daily commute is the traffic hell of Makati to Quezon City, sometimes Edsa, most times going through San Juan and Mandaluyong. The Juke didn't feel underpowered to me kasi traffic naman maski saan e. The only possible top speed is 60kph. But one thing that concerns me is flood. The Ford Ecosport says 550mm wading depth. Kaya rin ba ng Juke ang 550mm? Staying away from the Ecosport due to the DCT issue.
ReplyDeleteI read reports of the Juke's sluggish CVT, is it true?
DeleteI don't see this version in Nissan dealerships/showrooms.

It's alloys look prettier and larger.
Nissan's Juke design is quirky but adds excitement to the car market. Buying public has more car choices. The juke is designed for those people who needs and wants attention. For those people who wants to stand out. That's what Nissan's website says on the juke. I guess Nissan has understood the need to address the problems of some people in society that needs pure attention. Sa pananalitang kalye "kung KSP ka at gusto mong magpapansin at magpasikat bumili ka ng Nissan Juke." I think this car is stupidly a risky move made by nissan but the car buying public amazingly responded positively. Nissan nailed it, Juke is quite selling well here in PH. I've read this one quote it says "The future belongs to those who take the risks."
