After Honda unveiled the all-new 2017 CR-V, Nissan is also updating the X-Trail (well, the US market Rogue) with a bit of styling tweaks that aim to add a bit of dazzle.
Outside, the 2017 X-Trail receive updated headlights and tail lights, a new interpretation of the V-motion grille, and more chrome details. Inside, the compact crossover receives a flat-bottomed steering wheel, a new shifter, and improved interior trims.
For the US market, it gets more luxury and convenience features such as a hands-free tailgate. Higher trim models get things like a Bose sound system, blind spot monitoring, lane departure warning, and remote engine start. Prices are slightly up compared to before, but they do get more equipment as standard.
With the US market Rogue being assembled at Nissan’s Kyushu plant in Japan alongside the global X-Trail model, it’s just going to be a matter of time that countries like the Philippines will get this revised model as well.

ReplyDeleteNice work Nissan, from design alone, I would pick this from the competition, even from the Mazda CX-5. The CX-5's interior is getting quite dated now. Nissan should revise the dashboard design, I feel it lacks flair or something. Everything else is great though, the exterior, the interior excluding the dashboard design. -Mazda fanboy
