43 Percent of Ford Philippines' April Sales is Just One Model
Ford Philippines announced that April retail sales reached 1,836 vehicles, pushing its year-to-date sales to 8,284.
The Ranger pick-up truck led the April performance with sales of 798 vehicles, driving its year-to-date total up by 15 percent from a year ago to 3,306 vehicles.
Meanwhile, the Everest SUV did 499 vehicles putting its year-to-date sales to 2,258 units while the EcoSport SUV posted 472 units sold, pushing its year-to-date numbers to 2,314.
In the meantime, the new 2018 Mustang, launched at the Manila International Auto Show, sold 40 units in April.
“We remain optimistic with our overall outlook for the remainder of the year,” said Bert Lessard, managing director, Ford Philippines.
“With our fast growing customer base in the Philippines, we’re also continuing with efforts to further enhance the ownership experience, including a more competitive cost structure for our scheduled service maintenance and services that add more convenience for our customers.”
