Hyundai Opens First Dedicated Commercial Vehicle Dealership in North Metro Manila
Hyundai Asia Resources, Inc. (HARI) opened its first dedicated commercial vehicle (CV) dealership in Northern Metro Manila.
Located along Commonwealth Avenue, the dealer boasts Hyundai’s full line-up of commercial vehicles and facilities that cater specifically for freight, payload, and mass mobility requirements of all business enterprises, government, and institutional customers.
According to HARI President and CEO Ma. Fe Perez-Agudo, “It is only fitting that we open our first CV dealership here in Quezon City, along this bustling growth corridor at the heart of the National Capital Region. This state-of-the-art facility will not only showcase Hyundai trucks and buses known worldwide for their safety, quality performance, and durability but also the unrivalled Sales, After-Sales Service, and technical expertise of its highly trained and certified dealer personnel.”
The new CV dealership complies with Hyundai Motor Company’s Global Dealership Space Identity (GDSI) standards. It will carry the H350 full-sized van, the County commuter minibus, as well as the brand’s light-, medium-, and heavy-duty trucks such as the Hyundai HD truck series and Xcient GT series.
“(The opening of HTB-Commonwealth) ushers in, not just another chapter of the Hyundai story, but also underscores our strong support for the government’s “Build, Build, Build” (BBB) program and private infrastructure projects. As a global brand with strong local roots, we understand the unique needs of our customers and we are proud to be a Lifetime Partner of the Filipino,” Ms. Agudo added.
Recently, HARI achieved another milestone when it was recognized by Hyundai Motor Company as the 2018 Regional Distributor of the Year in the Asia-Pacific, Russia & Commonwealth of Independent States (CIS), besting 25 distributors in the region.
Currently, HARI’s truck and bus business has been growing—113.9 percent for the first two months of 2019 year-to-date versus the same period last year, and 190.3 percent in February versus the same month last year.
