After making its Philippine market debut at the Manila International Auto Show last April, Motor Image Pilipinas says that the Subaru XV GT Edition is now ready to roll out from showrooms.
The Subaru XV GT Edition comes with an exclusive styling kit designed by Giken Co. Ltd. and former Subaru Head of Global Advanced Design Studio, Masahiko “Jack” Kobayashi. With a front bumper lip extension, rear bumper lip extension, new side skirts, larger roof spoiler, and bespoke 18-inch alloy wheels, it’s the sportiest iteration of Subaru’s best-selling crossover yet.
Along with the sportier exterior kit, the Subaru XV GT Edition also upgrades its leather seats with a two-tone finish inspired by the high-performance grand tourers from Europe. Along with the Steering Responsive Headlights, it also adds dual side-view monitors. Using cameras fitted on the sideview mirrors, it allows for easier (and curb-free) parking, especially in tight spaces.
The Subaru XV GT Edition retails for P 1,768,000, but to commemorate its release, Motor Image Pilipinas is offering it at a discounted price of P 1,718,000 for the first batch.
