Update: Motor Image Pilipinas issued a correction with their stated SRPs. Unfortunately, this does not make the Outback cheaper than the Forester anymore.
Motor Image Pilipinas, the exclusive distributor of Subaru is clearing house this holiday season with generous deals on their entire line-up, including the WRX STI.
Their last quarter deals include the Subaru Outback 3.6R-S and Forester 2.0 XT which both see a P 300,000 discount. For the latter, this puts its price to just P 1,748,000 effectively making it cheaper than the new Forester 2.0i-S EyeSight (at least based on SRP).
If SUVs are not your thing, how about the Subaru WRX STI with a P 200,000 cash discount or the BRZ and WRX with P 150,000 off? You can check out the entire list below if you are interested:
