Lexus Philippines is now offering an innovative concept that enables customers to purchase a brand-new Lexus without having to step foot into its dealership.
Although Lexus considers the car buying journey to be a very personal one, they also understand the need to serve their customers in a safe and reliable manner. With that, they’ve come up with Lexus Remote—a new contactless purchase journey for those who may still feel uneasy to leave their homes under the MECQ or GCQ.
This is how it works:
Interested customers can leave their details on the form here. After that, they’ll be contacted by a Lexus Sales Consultant who will address any inquiries, and even prepare a quotation.
Once the customer is ready to proceed with the purchase, they simply send a copy of the necessary documents to the sales consultant. The sales consultant will then send back a copy of the Vehicle Sales Worksheet for review, alongside detailed payment instructions.
Once everything is in order, the customer will receive a confirmation email, and a receipt for the deposit. What’s more, Lexus Philippines can have the vehicle delivered straight to the customer’s place of residence.
Lexus Philippines says that their showroom will remain open for those who want to purchase a brand-new car in person, but due to mandated health and safety guidelines, sales and service will only be on a per-appointment basis.
