This Blaupunkt Dashcam Lets You Save Footage Directly to Your Smartphone
Say goodbye to having to remove your dashcam’s memory card just to review or download important footage. Blaupunkt’s newest dashcam, the BP 3.1 A has built-in Wi-Fi allowing users to view or save footage directly to their mobile phone.
Using German engineering, the ultra-compact BP 3.1 A doesn’t rely on traditional lithium-ion batteries. Instead, its small and lightweight design can be attributed to using maintenance-free super capacitors. It can also be controlled using its own wireless control app (available for both iOS and Android). This allows drivers to view or save footage directly to their mobile phones in either JPG or MP4 format.
The Blaupunkt BP 3.1 A features a 2-megapixel camera that can record footage at 30 frames per second in full HD (1920 x 1080). It has an ultra-wide 140-degree viewing angle with both WDR (Wide Dynamic Range) and HDR (High Dynamic Range) for crisp, clear footage even at night. Finally, it also integrates both a G-sensor and microphone.
The Blaupunkt BP 3.1 A comes included with a 3M adhesive bracket, USB cable, and a power point charger than can run on either 12- or 24-volts for easy DIY installation. It can be purchased through Blade’s LazMall store or PartsPro PH for P 6,350.
