Last month, Ford Philippines discounted most of their line-up. However, sharp-eyed readers will have noticed that one Ranger variant didn’t get the love: the Wildtrak. Well, all that’s changed this month as the American carmaker is celebrating Truck Month with special deals on the Ranger Wildtrak, XLS, and Raptor models.
For the entire month of October, Ford is slashing the price of the Wildtrak 4x2 variant (sorry, no discounts yet for the Wildtrak 4x4) by 90,000 for the MT and P 70,000 for the AT. This brings down the net price of these tech-driven trucks to just P 1.3 million for the Wildtrak 4x2 MT and P 1.385 million for the Wildtrak 4x2 AT.
If the Wildtrak is a bit out of budget, then value-conscious buyers will be pleased to know that the Ranger 2.2L XLS gets a P 89,000 cash discount this month (sadly, it’s limited to just the MT). In any case, this brings down its net price to just P 943,000 making it one of the most affordable pickup trucks out there. For financing buyers, you can get one with a P 88,000 all-in downpayment.
On the other side of the coin, if you want the biggest and baddest truck of them all, the Ranger Raptor bumps up its exclusive Raptor Premium Care Package. In lieu of a straight cash discount, the Ranger Raptor comes with an extended 5-year warranty (up from the usual 3 years), 5-year scheduled service plan (parts and labor included), and 5-year emergency roadside assistance in case you break down.
If trucks are not your thing, the Explorer and Expedition also get their own promos this month.
