When it comes to interior color combinations, Mazda has certainly come up with rather unique ones in the past few years. And just when you thought they’ve thought of everything, they’ve come up with this: the Mazda CX-3 Urban Dresser.
Admittedly, Mazda could have picked a better name, but regardless, this new CX-3 is sure to turn heads, not for its exterior style, but for its interior color combo.
Based off the recently launched CX-3 1.5 variant in Japan, the CX-3 Urban Dresser gets white seats with light-brown accents. The same light-brown accents are also found on the door trims and dashboard but are finished in a suede-like Grand Luxe material (ala the Mazda6).
According to Mazda, they were going with a casual and modern look with the CX-3 Urban Dresser, and it does have a strong Scandinavian vibe going on. The new colorway aside, the Urban Dresser gets added equipment including a 360-degree camera and windshield that cuts UV and infrared rays.
Right now, this color combo is a Japan exclusive, but it won’t be surprising if Mazda will soon offer this white/light brown combo on some of their vehicles, particularly those aimed for a much younger audience such as the Mazda2.
Reminds me of my favorite barber shop seat..spot on.
