Harley-Davidson of Manila is expanding its portfolio in the country with the introduction of the 2021 Harley-Davidson Pan America Special 1250.
Redefining adventure touring across new terrains, the 2021 Harley-Davidson Pan America 1250 sports features both familiar and new to local followers of the quintessential American motorcycle brand.
Francis Jonathan Ang, President of Harley-Davidson of Manila, said that the newest member of their Harley-Davidson family is designed and engineered to meet every true-blue off-roader’s dream.
“Once we are all ready to ride again, we will surely be looking to visit more fun locations where we can bask in the ambiance of the great outdoors. That’s why we are excited to bring you the 2021 Pan America Special in the Philippines,” Ang said.
“Designed to conquer any terrain, the 2021 Pan America Special will suit your taste for adventure. A mixture of both the familiar and the revolutionary, this adventure bike has placed a form and function in a rugged package that is uniquely Harley-Davidson,” he noted.
The 2021 Pan America Special 1250 is powered by the liquid-cooled V-Twin Revolution Max 1250 engine with a six-gear drivetrain. Thanks to double overhead cams and variable valve timing, this pairing offers 150 horsepower and 128 Nm of torque. It also is rated to deliver 18.18 km/L, and together with its 21.2-liter fuel tank means a range of up to 385 kilometers.
Equally potent is this Harley-Davidson’s stopping power with its radially-mounted monobloc four-piston calipers at the front and a floating single piston caliper at the back.
The 2,265-mm long 2021 Harley-Davidson® Pan America Special 1250 has a wheelbase of 1,580 mm and a laden seat height of 836 mm that guarantees optimum riding comfort for long journeys.
A myriad of technological features also helps make every trip more enjoyable. The 6.8-inch gauge TFT touchscreen display shows the speedometer, gear, odometer, clock tripmeter, ambient temperature, low temperature alert, side stand alert, TIP over alert, cruise, range, and tachometer indicator. The Pan America Special 1250 is also Bluetooth ready, and can be paired with smartphones to access phone calls, music, and even navigation (via the Harley-Davidson app only).
The 2021 Harley-Davidson Pan America Special 1250 is available in four colors: Deadwood Green, Baja Orange/Stonewashed White Pearl, Gauntlet Gray Metallic, and Vivid. It comes with a starting price of P 1.4 million and is now available for viewing at Harley-Davidson EDSA-Greenhills and Harley-Davidson Manila-BGC.
