Motor Image Pilipinas, the exclusive distributor of Subaru vehicles in the Philippines is launching a safer and more convenient way for owners to have their cars serviced amid the health and safety concerns brought upon by the on-going pandemic.
Through Subaru’s new Contactless Service, owners will have significantly reduced exposure to other people making them feel safer throughout the entire process.
Subaru owners may now schedule their service consultation or appointment online or over the phone. Once the appointment has been confirmed, customers merely need to drop off their Subaru vehicle during the schedule agreed upon and may immediately leave. Customers shall then be updated by their service advisor regarding the progress of their vehicle’s service or repair or via call, SMS, or e-mail.
Once the service or repair is completed, the service advisor shall contact the customer to explain the work done on their vehicle and share the details for online/cashless payment.
Once payment has been confirmed, an online gate pass shall be issued which Subaru owners simply need to bring and present upon return to their Subaru dealership to pick their vehicle up.
Subaru’s Contactless Service program further reinforces the brand’s commitment to prioritizing its customers’ safety and well-being above all else, not just as they use their vehicles, but throughout the entire ownership experience, as well.
