The 11th generation all-new Honda Civic is all set to “Accelerate Greatness.” The most awaited launch of this iconic model is happening on November 23, 2021 12:30PM to be broadcasted via the Honda Cars Philippines Facebook page.
Aside from a more powerful VTEC Turbo engine, all variants now come standard with the improved Honda SENSING, a suite of intelligent driver assist and safety technologies:
- Collision Mitigation Braking System (CMBS)
- Lane Keeping Assist System (LKAS)
- Road Departure Mitigation System with Lane Departure Warning (RDM with LDW)
- Auto High-Beam (AHB)
- Adaptive Cruise Control with Low-Speed Follow (ACC with LSF)
- Lead Car Departure Notification System (LCDN)
Honda Cars Philippines has confirmed that the all-new Honda Civic comes in three (3) variants with prices ranging from P 1,300,000 to P 1,700,000:
- Civic S Turbo CVT Honda SENSING
- Civic V Turbo CVT Honda SENSING
- Civic RS Turbo CVT Honda SENSING
- Morning Mist Blue Metallic (new color; V Turbo CVT Honda SENSING and S Turbo CVT Honda SENSING)
- Meteoroid Grey Metallic (new color; RS Turbo CVT Honda SENSING, V Turbo CVT Honda SENSING, and S Turbo CVT Honda SENSING)
- Ignite Red Metallic (exclusively for RS Turbo CVT Honda SENSING)
- Platinum White Pearl (RS Turbo CVT Honda SENSING and V Turbo CVT Honda SENSING only)
- Lunar Silver Metallic (exclusively for S Turbo CVT Honda SENSING)
To celebrate the launch of the all-new 2022 Honda Civic, HCPI will offer customers the chance to purchase a Platinum White Pearl Honda Civic for all variants at no additional cost until November 30, 2021.
Note that only a limited number of S Turbo CVT Honda SENSING vehicles in Platinum White Pearl will be available.
Furthermore, customers who will reserve the all-new Civic V Turbo CVT Honda SENSING variant until December 31, 2021 are entitled to a free Modulo Trunk Tray and Modulo Exhaust Pipe Finisher on top of all other promotions offered for the month of the vehicle release until January 31, 2022. The V Turbo CVT Honda SENSING vehicles will arrive in January 2022.

DeleteIs it still sensible to buy sedans?.. there are lots of CUVs bow that are cheaper and almost the same price as sedans- you get more ground clearance and more metal with almost the same amount of money..
ReplyDeletePricing for decent CUVs (CR-V, RAV4s etc. start at 1.7 to over 2M. There's still a fair price difference between them. I'm not counting the Chinese sub-compacts in the mix here.
DeleteCompact sedans has also become bigger and now occupies previous market of Camrys and Accords. There's still some sense to get them especially for those that only drive around the city. It's also a good 2nd car if you already have a PPV.
Of course, for those who value ride comfort & handling more than a taller ride height & rollover-prone, top-heavy vehicles with harsh rides & bad handling. The best solution to floods & bad roads is planning ahead & not going through them at all.
DeleteAnd that means Sub-compact sedans like the Vios and City has also become bigger and now occupies previous market of Corolla Altises and Civics. And the Altis and Civic became the benchmark market that Camry and Accord previously on that segment? And what about the Said mid-size sedans? They can be like the Toyota Crown or Honda Legend? Good thing to know that the Advance Driver Assist Features and Hybrid Cars must be mainstream starting this 2020s.
DeleteTrue Honda ricer fanb0is know that you only buy the even-numbered generations of the Civic. And Honda should really stop using the acronym VTEC on their R-series engines. They don't have variable cam lobes anymore, it's just generic cam phasing VVT on 1 side of the engine. Even the Type-R's engine doesn't have real VTEC anymore.
