Atoy Customs is veering away from its customized van and SUV creations (dubbed Manila Proof), and is instead looking at a new kind of custom creation: tiny houses. After a year’s worth of exterior and interior planning and execution, Atoy Llave, founder and namesake of the customizing pioneer is ready to present the first-ever Filipino-made Tiny House Trailer.
Through the Tiny House Trailer, Atoy Customs is providing customers with a means to create more memorable adventures—from their backyards to deep into nature. As its name implies, it’s designed to be towable by SUV or pickup truck, and comes with 8-ply tires for maximum loading capacity.
Atoy Customs is planning to sell each Tiny House Trailer for around P 1.5 million and will come bespoke with options such as a bunk bed, full toilet and bath, a retractable electric canopy, and even a two-horsepower air conditioner.
For now, Atoy will deploy the first 10 Tiny House Trailers to scenic outdoor locations where it can be rented by families and friends alike.
Extending the experience even further, customers can also convert their vans into their very own recreational vehicle or RVs. Similar to what’s seen in the U.S., they are basically authentic home-on-wheels.
Atoy admits that he’s new to the segment, but he plans to continuously strive to elevate his products.
