Ford Starts Showing Off Accessories For 2022 Ranger

The next-generation 2022 Ranger is not expected to hit showrooms any time soon (the earliest timeframe for a market launch is sometime in the second half of 2022), but Ford’s already showing off the expansive accessories line they plan to offer for their pickup truck.

Realizing that pickup truck owners love to personalize their rides, Ford is working with Australian 4x4 specialist ARB to come up with around 600 fully factory-backed accessories. These accessories, fully backed by Ford will not affect the Ranger’s new vehicle warranty in anyway.

During the 2022 Ranger’s global unveil, they mentioned that it’ll come in at least three lines—work, urban, and adventure. While Ford’s still finalizing the list of factory-backed parts and accessories to be made available (it is market dependent, after all), they did show off some inspiration to would-be Ranger owners.

Some of the accessories being shown off by Ford include a factory-fitted snorkel, bull bars, steel bumpers, underside protection, side rails, and side steps. They’ve also shown ARB-branded sport lamps and LED bars, tents, awnings, and even tailgate cargo solutions. These are on top of the usual accessories such as deflectors for the hood and windows, and roof rails.

They were shown fitted in the XLT (blue, Off-Road package), Wildtrak (orange, Touring package), and Sport (gray, Camping package).
