Depending on the model, they are powered by either a Cummins or MAN diesel engine. Either way, they’re Euro 5 compliant thanks to a selective catalytic reduction or SCR.

The initial line-up of Volkswagen Trucks & Buses in the Philippines is comprised of the Delivery 9.170 and 11.180 4x2, Constellation 14.190, 17.280 Rigid, and 17.280 Tractor, 31.280 6x4 Rigid. It will be joined by the Volksbus 9.160, their Modern PUV entry in the near future.
