Honda Cars Philippines, Inc. (HCPI), held the Annual Dealers Conference last February 24, 2022, to recognize its best-performing dealers.
Awarded Dealer of the Year was Honda Cars Fairview, followed by Honda Cars Batangas and Honda Cars Marcos Highway. The program is among Honda’s venues to promote standards of excellence in sales and after-sales operations and appreciate the dealers’ efforts in providing top-quality customer experiences. This year’s Dealer Conference was attended by representatives from 37 Honda Cars dealerships nationwide with HCPI executives, enhanced with a virtual setup to allow the participation of more team members in the awarding ceremony.
Two years into the pandemic, Dealers’ sales and after-sales processes stepped up to continue serving Honda customers while ensuring their safety and that of the Dealers’ staff, sales consultants, service advisors, and technicians. The Dealers and their Associates are indeed great instruments in spreading joy to customers through world-class vehicles and superior customer service at reasonable costs. These have all been factored in the different award categories.

An admirer of Honda and Toyota here. Happy that Toyota Ph recovered well in terms of sales, but sad that Honda Ph struggled (in reference to sales pre-pandemic). Hoping that Honda will have better sales this year.
