Understanding that aftersales service is just as vital as new vehicle sales in overall ownership satisfaction, MMPC is introducing Mitsubishi Motors Cares—its commitment to offer better service quality to its customers across all authorized dealerships nationwide.
Mitsubishi Motors Cares is two-prong. The first covers Service Quality which promises on-time delivery of aftersales services. Second is through its Genuine Parts promise which ensures product reliability guaranteed by Mitsubishi Motors Corporation (Japan).
For Service Quality, MMPC is now offering a quick service commitment that promises to complete periodic maintenance service (PMS) in just 60 minutes. Hand-in-hand with this, the carmaker has instituted regular training and audits of its more than 700 service mechanics nationwide.
Meanwhile, for its Genuine Parts program, MMPC now guarantees that any component replaced by their authorized dealership offers built-in reliability, safety, and quality.
Too bad Mitsubishi cars are ugly as heck and are so uninspiring.
