On the same day Subaru announced a limited-edition model celebrating 10 years of the Subaru BRZ, Toyota has done the same with their very own GR86.
The Toyota GR86 RZ 10th Anniversary Limited comes exclusively in Flame Orange—a color that’s reminiscent of the original Brilliance Orange color. With the GR86 already sporting black exterior elements on the side mirror caps and wheels, the only other exterior change is a special back glass sticker.
Inside, the GR86 RZ 10th Anniversary Limited adds orange highlights to its Ultrasuede seats as well as orange stitching on the shift knob. The words, “10th Anniversary” is also embroidered on the shoulder rests on the doors. Finally, interior elements typically finished in silver such as the climate control and VDC controls are now finished in cast black.
Like the 10th anniversary Subaru BRZ, the GR86 RZ 10th Anniversary Limited is available in both manual and automatic flavors. It’s scheduled to go on sale for a limited time starting today in selected markets, with customer deliveries starting in 2023.
Somewhat like the orange of the 1st gen 86.
ReplyDeleteStill looks like a surprised catfish. But now in flaming orange. So a Toyota Magikarp GR86.

ReplyDeleteThey can release a GR86 Pokémon edition. I believe it'll sell well to anime fans.
