Ford Giving Discounts On Next-Gen Ranger, Everest At Ford Island Conquest

The Ford Island Conquest (FIC), Ford Philippines’ experiential test drive event, is marking its return this year to provide customers the opportunity to see and test drive Ford vehicles outside of a Ford showroom.

Now on its fifth year, the FIC features a mock-up showroom display, providing good opportunity for attendees to learn more about the vehicles and various ownership packages from Ford sales consultants.

It is also home to the much-anticipated outdoor test drive course–designed to highlight key vehicle features, which include ride and handling, technology, capability, and safety.

The first leg of the FIC will kick off on July 29 to 31, 2022 at the Arcovia City in Pasig from 9 AM to 8 PM. During the 3-day event, customers will have the opportunity to check out and test drive the next-generation Ford Ranger pickup truck and Ford Everest SUV, as well as the best-selling Ford Territory small SUV.

Customers who will make a reservation at the 3-day event are entitled to pick a prize when they reserve the next-gen Ranger and Everest, as well as the Territory, Mustang, and Explorer.

Over P3-million worth of prizes are up for grabs for customers, ranging from next-gen Ranger and Everest accessories packs, various premium Ford merchandise, 3-year Scheduled Service Plan (SSP), and cash discounts of P 10,000, P 25,000, P 50,000, and P 100,000.

Customers who will reserve their Ford vehicles have the chance to take home these prizes depending on what they will pick as their prize. Those who make their reservation via the online reservation portal on the Ford website at the event are also entitled to pick a prize.

“We are so excited with the return this year of the Ford Island Conquest, which is poised to offer a next-generation test drive experience for our customers, enthusiasts, and fans,” shares Michael Breen, managing director, Ford Philippines. “The FIC has truly set a benchmark for experiential roadshows in the country because it allows our customers to learn more about and experience our vehicles in one venue. It is also a fun family affair for everyone to enjoy with lots of activities on-ground.”

The event is open to the public and admission is free. Customers attending the Ford Island Conquest are advised to bring their vaccination cards and always wear the appropriate personal protective equipment. Regular sanitation and disinfection of high traffic areas will be conducted at the event.

Ford dealers are also setting up vehicle displays in major malls nationwide, allowing more customers from various locations in the Philippines to see the next-gen Ford vehicles up close and personal.

    2. RG is the resident ford hater who is truly afraid getting banned, that's why he seems to be missing these days

    3. Possibly he already got banned for posting hate comments here about Ford.

    4. So he's a Ford Hater?! I didn't know that.

    8. Another emotionally invested fan 😂

You guys better comment on the article than stress out about an online account. Jusmio.

    1. Are you the RG Ford Hater! :O

    2. It all started when I shared my overwhelmingly disappointing Ford ownership experience (hence, the Resident Ford Hater moniker) ever since, whatever I comment (even non-Ford related) triggers wildly hateful, emotional and lately homophobic and derogatory (calling me names) comments from my rabid fans which made the comments section toxic.

So lately, I was trying to be more inconspicuous but to no avail, as you can see above even I don't comment they are just emo and triggered as before - just because an online RG account does not like a particular car brand.

Just chill guys. Kotse lang sila 😂

    3. Ah i see so that's why people are starting mocking you for no reason just over a Ford Brand Hater.

    4. That's not exactly the accurate history. For those who doesn't know, RG never owned a Ford since he can't reveal what his Ford model was, or detail what bad experience he had. He trolls and says he enjoys being in the spotlight. In short, kulang sa pansin.

  3. Is it worth it to replace my 2016 Hilux for a Ford Ranger?

    1. No. Why would you replace a vehicle that's only 6 years old?

    3. Wait for Uly's review. Then test drive it yourself. Then keep your hilux until the next Nissan Navarra comes out 😎

    4. Yes yes. We all know this site hates Ford.

    5. Not true. I actually like their products likable except for the Territory which seemed like a cash grab. Ranger, Everest are still pretty solid too. Don't expect me to provide any "first impressions" though...the test drive course was quick and mostly off-road. I'd rather take it out on the open road, or roads that I'm familiar with to give it a proper shakedown.

    6. RG or wait for the next Mitsubishi Strada, which will be another Nissan Navara on different badge lol

    7. Navara sucks!!! Just look at the multiple issues in FB groups! Turbo hose leaks, turbo whining noise, overheating, transmission jerking, brakes locking up, and random CEL!!!! Less than 10 years old Navaras! WTF.
