Lamborghini Is Building This Huracán Off-Roader

Lamborghini is confirming that it will be building a rally-inspired Huracán based on the Huracán Sterrato Concept it unveiled in 2019. The model, which is expected to be the final form of the V10-powered supercar, will be released before the end of the year.

Previewed by these series of teasers, the basic premise is that it takes the Huracán, adds ground clearance, fender flares, and some roof rails. It also gets two additional driving lights too.

No word on how Lamborghini plans to modify the Huracán’s suspension system for the extra ground clearance (it’ll likely be via air suspension), nor is there any indication on whether it’ll get a boost in power from its 5.2-liter V10 engine.

For context though, the 2019 concept got the Huracán Evo’s 640-horsepower, 599 Nm of torque engine as well as all-wheel drive, four-wheel steering, and torque vectoring. The concept also had wider tracks and an additional 47 mm of ground clearance.

Customer deliveries could start by early 2023.
