Chery Auto Philippines is the first Chinese brand locally to integrate an EV charging station at one of its dealers—a commitment to launching more electrified vehicles in the near future after the success of its Tiggo 8 Pro PHEV.
The charging station is located at Chery Commonwealth, which was recently inaugurated as the 23rd dealership of the brand distributed by United Asia Automotive Group, Inc. (UAAGI).
“This is another milestone for us as we embark on a long-term journey of bringing the brand closer to more Filipinos. This moment marks the first of the many expansion efforts to boost our dealer network,” UAAGI/Chery Auto Philippines Chairman Rommel Sytin remarked.
Owned and operated by Luzon Industry Movers, Inc. (LIMI), Chery Commonwealth features a 976.8-square meter, two-floor facility accommodating an eight-vehicle showroom as well as five service bays.
Further setting Chery Commonwealth apart, it’s the first Chery dealership and Chinese brand to have a Type 2 AC charger situated at their dealership. This allows owners of the Tiggo 8 Pro PHEV, Arrizo 5e, and Chery’s planned upcoming electrified vehicles to top up their charges at a convenient location for free.
“We, Luzon Industry Movers Inc., together with Chery Auto Philippines, are proud of this partnership. We are ever motivated to keep on improving, providing better services, and offering our feature-packed vehicles to more Filipinos across the country,” Mr. Enzo Delos Reyes from the management group affirmed.
“CHERY has seen tremendous growth in these past few months. Our consistent sales, marketing, and aftersales efforts have helped us reach our highest-ever sales performance. The opening of Chery Commonwealth, today, shows our commitment to making Chery more accessible to the public,” UAAGI/Chery Auto Philippines President Erroll E. Dueñas declared.
CHERY Commonwealth is located at Block 11 Lot 24, Commonwealth Avenue, Brgy. Holy Spirit, Quezon City. Visit the newest and biggest dealership from 8:30 AM to 6:30 PM on Monday to Saturday.
