Easytrip Services Corporation is set to roll out the second half of 2022 with programs which aim to enhance the customer experience of RFID users.
“At Easytrip, we are continuously innovating—creating and enhancing programs for better customer experience,” said Jack L. Coson, President and General Manager, Easytrip. “Each initiative contributes to the big picture of meeting the evolving needs of our customers. Adapting to the shift in the motorists’ toll collection preference, we see through our commitment to deliver efficient, effective, and modern mobility solutions, one program at a time.”
One of the programs is the migration of myeasytrip users to the MPT DriveHub app, which started last June 2022 to improve the overall customer experience with a user-friendly interface and upgraded features. MPT DriveHub can be easily downloaded via Google Play Store or Apple App Store.
Another initiative is the One-Stop Shop, an array of new RFID stations which allow same-day processing of RFID concerns. Located in NLEX Balintawak, NLEX Tabang, San Fernando, and CALAX Greenfield, these stations aim to address RFID needs in an instant. Services which usually take three business days to one week in other stations are processed in Easytrip’s One-Stop Shops in minutes. Card replacements, balance transfers, and AutoSweep Enrollments can be accomplished in as quickly as 30 minutes.
Next is Auto-SOA, a service which automatically sends the customer’s e-Statement of Account to their registered email address every 1st and 2nd week of the month for free. The Auto-SOA contains the records of all Easytrip passages and transactions which is useful for those who need to reimburse toll fees and track passages. The Auto-SOA is a more convenient option than manually requesting for one’s SOA. To subscribe to this feature, just make sure to have an Easytrip account with an updated email address through myeasytripcams.easytrip.ph.
Easytrip is also rolling out a more intensive RFID sticker and card replacement program for damaged, defective, or unreadable RFID stickers. New Neology stickers with higher readability rate than its predecessors are now available for those who need to have their RFID replaced. Customers can go to the nearest Easytrip RFID station, to avail of the free RFID replacement. Moreover, to reduce the need to stop at toll lane and tap their cards or pay in cash, sticker replacements for motorists with unreadable RFID stickers and positive account balance are available at NLEX Balintawak, Balagtas, Bocaue, Tabang, San Fernando, Tarlac, and Tipo toll lanes also at CAVITEX Paranaque and Kawi toll lanes while customers with negative account balance are to be directed to the nearest Easytrip RFID station.
As these programs roll out and continue to develop, Easytrip commits to putting the convenience of its customers at the heart of every effort and initiative.
