The Refreshed 2023 Nissan LEAF Is Now In The Philippines

After its global unveil early this year, Nissan is finally releasing the updated all-electric Leaf for the Philippine market. Arriving for the 2023 model year, it sports revised looks and enhanced technologies.

Outside, the new Leaf sports the new Nissan logo. From there, it gets the updated V-motion grille with a high-gloss black finish. A smoked finish to the headlights further adds a stronger visual signature. At the back, there’s an expanded black rear fascia together with a tweaked rear spoiler and diffuser. At the sides, the 16-inch alloy wheels get a new design as do the side sills.

When equipped with an optional AC wall-box charger, it takes about 7.5 hours to full charge the Leaf, but it can also be charged from low to 80 percent in just 40 minutes at selected Nissan dealerships.

For safety, the 2023 Nissan Leaf comes with Intelligent Emergency Braking, Intelligent Cruise Control, Intelligent Trace Control, Intelligent Around View Monitor. This is on top of other safety features such as blind spot warning, high-beam assist, and lane departure intervention.

  2. Ph is not ready for EV's, cost alone does not make any sense to own one. Moreover the charging station is so scarce that could cause driving anxiety...
