This Ultra-Rare 1990 Ferrari Testarossa Spider Will Set You Back P 93-Million

Despite its popularity in the arcade game, “OutRun,” it’s hard to imagine that Ferrari’s factory just made one convertible version of its iconic Testarossa supercar. A small number, including this one is now being auctioned off.

Built for then Fiat boss Gianni Agnelli, the 1990 Testarossa Pininfarina Spider is the only one built at Ferrari’s Modena plant. Although, a small number of additional cars, including seven built for the Brunei royal family, were built by Pininfarina. One of these examples, practically brand-new, is now being auctioned off.

The example that will go under the auction hammer on November 5 at RM Sotheby’s was supplied new to the owner and remains unregistered with less than 500 kilometers on the odometer. It has been thoroughly well cared for throughout its life and was recently subject to over 177,000 Euros (P 10.218 million) worth of restoration and work.

The 1990 Ferrari Testarossa Pininfarina Spider is expected to fetch around £1,400,000 to £1,800,000 (P 93.8 million to P 120.65 million).
