How much will an indestructible phone set you back? As far as Honor is concerned, not so much.
Priced at just P 16,990, the Honor X9a 5G was actually torture-tested during its Philippine market launch by actually having a Mercedes-Benz S-Class drive on top of it. Even at its lightest local configuration—the S320 W221 weighed something like 1,880 kilograms or roughly 15 well-fed motoring journalists.
If that wasn’t enough, the X9a 5G was also subjected to a different sort of screen test by shooting its screen with a pellet gun. It was also drop-tested a full story (around three meters).
Sporting a 120Hz Premium OLED Curved Display, the Honor X9a 5G brings users a large screen of 6.67-inch with an impressive screen-to-body ratio of 93 percent, guaranteeing an immersive viewing experience for all your favorite content.
With a 5,100-mAh battery, the Honor X9a 5G holds the honor (pardon the pun) as the thinnest and lightest smartphone with a battery larger than 5,000 mAh. This means a charge time lasting around two days. Plus, with just 30 minutes of charging, it delivers 12.5 hours of video streaming without users having to worry about battery life.
The Honor X9a 5G is available in two colors: Titanium Silver and Emerald Green. It’s priced at P 16,990 and comes with the Honor Earbuds X3 Lite worth P 3,999.
It’s now out at all Honor kiosks and partner online stores such as Lazada, Shopee, and even TikTok Shop.

Those were the days...until of course you had to put a piece of tissue behind the battery so it won't come loose hahaha.
