As the country’s most powerful SUV, the DBX707 is an SUV like no other. The DBX707 unleashes the full potential of the 4.0-liter twin-turbo V8. Featuring new ball bearing turbochargers and a unique engine calibration, it now has 707 horsepower and 900 Nm of torque—an increase of 157 horsepower and 200 Nm of torque compared to the regular DBX.

Also new to Aston Martin’s flagship high performance SUV is a 9-speed ‘wet clutch’ automatic transmission chosen to handle the increased torque load compared to the regular torque converter automatic. The wet clutch transmission also offers faster gear changes and contributes greatly to the DBX707’s 0 to 100 km/h time of 3.3 seconds.

Integral to the DBX707’s suite of performance enhancements is the standard fitment of Carbon Ceramic Brakes. Measuring 420 mm front and 390 mm rear, these CCB discs are gripped by 6-piston calipers and result in a 40.5kg reduction in unsprung weight. Revisions were also made to improve pedal feel and even cooling.

In terms of handling, the DBX707 features a revised version of the electronic limited slip rear differential (e-diff) which has been strengthened. Meanwhile, the all-wheel drive’s torque distribution front-to-rear remains fully automatic, with the ability to send up to 100 percent of the torque to the rear axle on demand. A standard air suspension system with tweaked characteristics complete the road-holding package.

The first local unit of the DBX707 comes in a very unique Apex Grey color with Phantom Grey Seats, that come with an exclusive Q Collection Color accent, Electron Yellow. This environment matches its sporty exterior, with its yellow brake calipers, smoked tail lights, and black chrome Aston Martin badge. Also elevating the driver and passenger experience are the heated steering wheel, and front and rear seat ventilation options. Take note that this is a dealership-configured unit, and whoever wants to customize their very own DBX707 can do so via indent order.
