The wait is almost over. Mitsubishi Motors has confirmed that the production version of the XFC Concept will be shown for the first time at the 30th GAIKINDO Indonesia International Auto Show in August. And to whet everyone’s appetite, the carmaker just released these teaser photos.
The teasers confirmed that the upcoming rival to the Creta, Territory, and Coolray, will come with a premium sound system co-developed with the help of Yamaha. The Dynamic Sound Yamaha Premium, as the sound system is officially called, offers special tuning for the acoustic characteristics of the new SUV. This will help it deliver an immersive sound experience making rides more comfortable and enjoyable for those on board.
The all-new compact SUV is the first of the new Mitsubishi SUVs to enter the ASEAN market, one of the company's core business regions. Drawing on the heritage of the brand's expertise in vehicle development, the all-new model features a stylish yet robust, authentic SUV styling, as well as practicality such as ease of handling and versatile storage spaces, and comfort including a spacious cabin.
In addition, through repeated testing and tuning in the road environment of the ASEAN region, the all-new compact SUV provides excellent handling even on rough surfaces or roads flooded by heavy rains.
To drum up interest, Mitsubishi Motors Philippines is bringing in the XFC Concept at the Newport Mall in Resorts World from June 16 to 18, 2023.
