GAC Motor, through its exclusive Philippine distributor, Astara Philippines, held the international launch of the GAC GS3 Emzoom.

After a surprise reveal of its prices and variants a couple of weeks back, the all-new GS3 Emzoom enters the scene as the brand’s new compact crossover.
Like the GAC Empow and the Emkoo, the GS3 Emzoom wears the new corporate design language that gives it a futuristic and industrial aesthetic. Completing its looks are alloy wheels up to 19-inches in size and a Sporty Body Kit on the top-of-the-line GS3 Emzoom GL variant.
Inside, the GS3 Emzoom highlights its advanced technology with its dual screen layout, capped off by a multi-function steering wheel, leather seats, and wireless charging. It also comes fitted with a 10.25-inch touchscreen infotainment screen with wireless Apple CarPlay as well as Android Auto. Moreover, it offers a much larger interior space compared to its price bracket competitors while also incorporating 21 storage spaces.
The GS3 Emzoom also packs a multitude of airbags, ABS with EBD, vehicle stability control, hill start assist, hill descent control, tire pressure monitors, as well as Advanced Driver Assistance Systems (ADAS) on higher variants. This incorporates features such as lane keep assist, lane departure warning, and adaptive cruise control with traffic jam assist.
Standard power for the GS3 Emzoom is a 1.5-liter turbocharged direct injected gasoline engine mated to a 7-speed wet-type dual clutch. This package delivers 174 horsepower and 270 Nm of torque.

ReplyDeleteDamn. Great specs at its price point. Now to get over the brand's reputation and reliability which is yet to be proven. Hmm. Still a risk at the long-term, but if it's about enjoying the present, I guess it's worth it? 🤔
