Sojitz Fuso Philippines Corporation (SFP), the general distributor of Fuso trucks, buses and modern PUVs in the Philippines turned over ten Canter Commute Class 2 units to Extreme Dagupan Pangasinan Transport Corporation (EDPTC).
These newly purchased Canter Commute modern PUVs are expected to deploy along Dagupan City and San Carlo City loops. SFP, together with its dealer, HMEN Motors – Fuso Pangasinan, the partnership with EDPTC enables what the brand has to offer from its proven quality, durability, and strong performance of Fuso Modern PUV.
The Canter Commute was collaboratively designed by SFP and Almazora Motors Corporation. It’s an air-conditioned Class 2 public utility vehicle that can fit 20 people in side-facing seats while still accommodating 10 more standing passengers.
Built based on the requirements set by the Philippine National Standards, the Canter Commute Class 2 is powered by a clean and fuel-efficient Euro V-compliant 3.0-liter engine, that delivers excellent fuel economy and greater efficiency.
Fuso Modern PUVs are also equipped with accessories as required by the Land Transportation Franchising and Regulatory Board (LTFRB), such as CCTVs and recorders, Wi-Fi, GPS tracking system, LED (Route) Signage, and LCD Monitor for the safety and convenience of passengers.
