DeleteThe strategy is effective as they've sold lots of Trailblazer LT and Premier units already this year.
DeleteChevrolet Philippines only cares about sales and earning profits..They don't care about your so-called brand loyalty dahil most Chevrolet vehicles owners in the Philippines also owned other car brands.
Effective strategy? Do you have their numbers? In which rank are they with the current auto sales? Support your statement with data or it is just a merely hearsay.
DeleteProbably He's the same person who said that vw t cross were selling well, then it turned out vw ph sold a total of only 5 units per month. Na ban nyan dito, bumalik lang thru the backdoorš¤£š¤£š¤£
DeleteChevrolet name is Dead. The local Distributor TCCI is the one to be blamed of the downfall of Chevy sales. They thought its cars are pretending PREMIUM. So many GM loyal buyers were lost because of mismanagement and unjustified expensive Pricing.
ReplyDeleteTCCCI pushed Chevy upmarket, while positioning MG to be their mass market brand. The strategy worked, quite perfectly in fact. TCCCI has no one to blame but themselves for badly reading the tea leaves, they crippled their main brand in favor of their shiny, new brand. Now, the new brand is flourishing, but without them as its shepherd, while their main brand has languished. Tragic, really.
DeleteNote to TCCCI: Chevrolets aren't meant to be upmarket, GM has Cadillac for that. You should reorient Chevy back to its mass market roots, bring in Cadillac if you want an upmarket GM brand.
Correct! I would rather buy a mazda or subaru crossover instead of chevrolet.
DeleteThe Captiva and Optra, coupled with bad aftersales service started the downfall of Chevrolet PH
DeleteVery good deals for the Korean made Chevrolet Trailblazer which is the volume seller of Chevrolet in the Philippine market together with the Tracker.
ReplyDeleteChevrolet Philippines mostly target now the same people who buy a Dodge,Jeep,RAM and various luxury cars which is good but at least they still sell SUVs at below 2 Million Peso price range which Jeep Philippines also tried to do back then.
Good luck to Chevrolet Philippines!
Seems like Chevrolet Philippines is doing this special sale for Trailblazer as the updated Chevrolet Trailblazer from Korea is coming within this year or early next year.
DeleteChevrolet Cambodia which shares the same vehicle lineup and pricing with Chevrolet Philippines already hinted on its Facebook account that the 2024 Trailblazer is coming soon.
People running Chevrolet are the same with Volvo totally mismanaged good brand very poor after sales. They must belong to old school, brand bring success and not customers, labo!
ReplyDeleteTCCCI isn't hungry for artificial high volume sales which mass market Japanese car brands do..
DeleteTCCCI mostly care about good profits and enough sales volume..They're not targeting thousands of units per year sales anymore for Chevrolet and Volvo.
Which explains ok na yan system
DeleteAny car brands what want to sell as many units as possible, thats why they advertised/marketing and offered discounts to sell more. Anony 5:06 dont understand how business operates and just inventing idiot reasoning for chevy low sales.
DeletePBBM just signed PH-KOREA FTA, hopefully baka kasali less tax on cars from korea. Baka bababa na presyo tcci
ReplyDeleteAsa ka pa sa wala!Distributors will just pocket that very small tarrif discount na putol putol pa ang bawas!
DeleteGreat to see some Chevrolet dealers like Gateway,Autospeedygo and Grancars opened Chevrolet small display areas and sales offices at malls which several local brands did already
ReplyDeleteMost successful one I saw is Chevrolet Eton Centris owned by Autospeedygo who also owns Chevrolet Quezon Avenue
