Toyota Motor PH Revises 2024 Hilux Line-Up (w/ Specs)


Toyota Motor Philippines has bumped up the pricing of the Hilux range to coincide with the arrival of the Hilux GR Sport at authorized showrooms nationwide starting today.

With retail sales commencing at all authorized Toyota dealerships, the previously announced Hilux GR Sport now carries a price of P 2,166,000—a P 109,000 increase from the previous Hilux GR Sport. Thankfully, the price increase comes with a slew of mechanical changes headlined by a more powerful 2.8-liter 1GD engine. It also gets wider tracks and revised suspension, including rear disc brakes.

Below the Hilux GR Sport, however, there’s also some movement in the rest of the Hilux range. Prices are up across the board from the fleet-oriented variants all the way to the highest non-GR Sport trim, the Conquest.

On average, the Hilux sees a P 77,000 price increase for 2024, with the smallest jump seen in the fleet variants such as the Hilux Cab & Chassis and Hilux 2.4 J 4x2 (P 18,000). Meanwhile, the biggest increase is found on two variants—the 2.4 E 4x2 and the Conquest (both 4x2 and 4x4)—which sees their SRPs up by P 132,000 and P 135,000, respectively.

These variants are bound to get new features to go along with their higher prices. The Hilux 2.4 G variants, for example, will get the “Conquest” exterior styling package along with new alloy wheels. Inside, it gets an 8-inch display audio system, while moving up to the Conquest and GR Sport increases the screen size by an inch more.

Curiously, Toyota has opted to discontinue the Conquest 4x2 MT for 2024, leaving manual enthusiasts with only one option if they want a top-trim truck: the Conquest 4x4.

  4. Any idea why they discontinued the Conquest 4x2 MT? Kasi if sales I see a lot of 4x2 MTs being released naman

    1. The main differentiator for MT buyers of the Conquest and G 4x2 manual trims was the looks. The manual crowd probably didn't care about the extra other features that the Conquest MT had over the G MT (I'm sure everybody's tito with a manual 4x2 Hilux would agree lol) but now that the G 4x2 MT looks like the Conquest, the main differentiator is now gone.

  5. I saw in the spec sheet that there is a new E variant with A/T, but no price is indicated. May we know the SRP of the E A/T variant?

  6. Sir Uly, there's still mention of the Conquest in the "Transmission" part of the spec sheet despite the 2.4 Conquest 4x2 M/T variant being discontinued. Hope that got corrected as well.

  7. Based on these specs written, I find the Hilux E and G overpriced (especially the E MT, steel wheels, no ABS EBD HSA VSC, no reverse camera @ P1.3M), all halogen headlamps only despite being priced on those amounts. Similar to the overpriced Fortuner G and V

  9. Typical unknowing Filipinos buy Toyota for the brand, regardless if the competitors are less expensive, has more features, and/or better build & drive quality. Until such citizens wake up, Toyota will just keep on shortchanging our auto industry.

  13. Seen a 4x2 Conquest at the mall and was surprised it now comes with rear AC vents. Quite late but at least it’s there now.
