With Online Service Booking, customers can conveniently book service appointments anytime and anywhere at their preferred Ford dealership. They will also get instant confirmation of their booking, as well as modify their booking on the system.

Key features include a straightforward booking process, the capability to choose a preferred service advisor and to check real-time appointment availability, the functionality to pre-select the nearest dealer based on the customer’s location, as well as the receipt of dealer and customer notification via e-mail or the customer’s mobile number.
