First place went to the transportation of goods from Baguio to Batangas with a route length of 354 kilometers. The order took more than six hours to complete by motorcycle. Second place was taken by a delivery from Angeles to Talisay. A service delivery rider successfully covered the distance of 166 kilometers on a motorcycle in 4 hours. Rounding out the top three was a moto delivery from Batangas to Malolos, which took 3.5 hours.

Analysts also pointed out that long deliveries are more often performed by riders on Yamaha, Honda, and Suzuki motorcycles. In percentage terms, the probability that a delivery rider will arrive on a Yamaha is 20.3 percent. As for the average travel time, it amounted to 2.5 hours.

“Intercity moto deliveries are perfect for people who need to quickly transport documents or small items from one place to another. Delivery by car or truck is a popular choice for medium and large-sized cargo delivery when relocating or transporting things from a store in another city. These customers usually don’t have time to wait, so they use Maxim,” says Christopher Landong Poliran, head of a Maxim subdivision.

Maxim is one of the ride-hailing services in the Philippines that was launched there in 2020 to provide delivery services. The first city of operation was Cebu. Now Maxim is available to residents and guests of 18 Philippine cities.
