When Toyota Motor Philippines brought in the Innova XE variant late last year as their most affordable AT variant, there had to be some reason why. Well, now we know. Starting today, the carmaker has trimmed down the Innova variants from seven to six.
A quick run down of the 2024 Innova variants effective today reveals that the Innova E MT, previously priced at P 1,340,000 is now gone. This means that for Innova buyers who really want to shift their own gears, they either have to go down to the Innova J MT (P 1,261,000) or up to the Innova G MT (P 1,598,000).
That’s not all.
The 2024 Innova also sees some minor pricing adjustments:
- Innova 2.8 J MT – P 1,261,000 (from P 1,236,000)
- Innova 2.8 XE AT – P 1,375,000 (no change)
- Innova 2.8 E MT – discontinued
- Innova 2.8 E AT – P 1,529,000 (no change)
- Innova 2.8 G MT – P 1,598,000 (from P 1,572,000)
- Innova 2.8 G AT – P 1,668,000 (from P 1,642,000)
- Innova 2.8 V AT – P 1,808,000 (from P 1,789,000)
7 airbags should be standard on E up
ReplyDeleteIt should be standard too on XE grade. And also, TMP should upgrade the E grade with better gauges and G grade with LED headlights.
DeleteInnova E A/T,Innova G and Innova V are overpriced now
ReplyDeleteIsuzu MU-X LS and the GLX and GLS variants of the Montero Sport are way more affordable and value for money than the G to V variants of the Innova
ReplyDeleteHilarious price increases of TMPC
Then again they seem want buyers to settle for the J,XE and overpriced E variants instead
i think they are pushing the buyers to get the zenix instead.
DeleteWhat exactly is the reason for the bump in price?
ReplyDeleteINFLATION
DeleteInnova V is unnecessary as Zenix is significantly better all throughout that the old Innova. Price isn't that far from each other too.
ReplyDeletePh is diesel country. No doubt the zenix would sell if it has a diesel engine.
DeleteIt seems like toyota is increasing the innova diesel prices so people will instead buy the zenix v with a similar price to the new price innova e variant
ReplyDeleteThe Toyota Zenix looks like "Johnny Bravo" it's tyre size is quite too small and very unproportionate to its body, that's why I still prefer the ladder-on-frame, rwd, diesel-engine Innova over the front wheel drive, petrol engine Zenix.
ReplyDeleteI had the same thought, parang ang off talaga yung body and wheel size ratio ng Zenix
DeleteMarketing strategy for customers to shift to Toyota Zenix. Toyota is slowly getting rid of the current Innova variants for in vafor of Zenix.
ReplyDeleteUh oh still favor an auv diesel the upgraded size of a revo, crosswind and adventure, cariage size and power is enough and above them fortuners and the likes gets in, it sets the difference
ReplyDeleteI still prefer the Innova E,G,or V diesel rear wheel than the front wheel Zenix petrol gasoline.
ReplyDeleteTMCP is abusing its customers by selling unreasonable price vehicles with minimal tech. Their tires size are unreasonably small to esp innova.
ReplyDeleteI'm glad I was able to purchase the E variant A/T in 2022 when it was at 1.320M (with 60k discount). If it's today I would've settled for the XE. Steel rims is a bummer!
