DeleteLegit question.. Does JPEPA also cover diesel engines or just gasoline engines with displacements of 3 or more liters?
DeleteJPEPA covers both diesel and gas engines for as long as their displacement in cc is 3,000 cc and above. So, if the car has a declared displacement of 2,998 cc, it's not covered.
