Nissan Philippines ends its 2023 fiscal year (April 1, 2023 to March 31, 2024) by growing its market share to 6.5 percent—an increase of 31.8 percent compared to the previous fiscal year and more than twice the industry’s average growth.
Driving the sales for Nissan in the Philippines is its best-selling vehicle—the Navara with over 11,000 units sold. This is followed by the Terra which sold over 6,000 units in the same period. Surprisingly, Nissan Philippines was also able to sell more than 1,000 units of the Patrol as well. This showcases the brand’s ability to deliver high-quality vehicles tailored to local preferences.
In fiscal year 2023, Nissan Philippines launched the new Almera with NissanConnect Services, a cutting-edge platform revolutionizing connectivity and convenience for Nissan owners. It also launched the new GT-R and iconic Nissan Z, cementing the brand’s reputation among enthusiasts.
Reflecting on its achievements, Nissan Philippines is poised to maintain its momentum in 2024.

ReplyDeleteit has been in the news that the parking lot on batasan was overflowing, even the landing pad was overflowing with helicopters. Meanwhile they want to ban bicycle lanes, poor filipino's at the mercy of POLS.
ReplyDeleteBicycles should never have been allowed along EDSA. What makes more sense is an exclusive motorcycle lane where the bicycle lane is right now. Cars using these should be cited for traffic violation except when they're turing right at the next corner. Motorcycles zipping in and out of lanes are dangerous especially when a car is running 60kph and faster.

ReplyDeleteSales of Livina and Almera are very low which is sad as those vehicles can sell thousands of units if they're only priced lower and more competitively.
Patrol is better value for money vs LC
ReplyDeleteThis I have to agree. They have a 600k srp difference between them. If you go the black market route for LC, it's easily 1.5m~2m!!! Moreover, gas' performance always trumps diesel's performance.

ReplyDeleteAre you suggesting that diesel fed units offer more value for money than gas fed units? You only need to calculate why it makes more sense to buy a gasoline Prado rather than a diesel Prado. Purchase price difference is too high to offset the efficiency gains and price advantage of diesel fuel vs gas. For an average user, it will take at least 10 years just to break even and longer to even see the advantage of diesel units vs gas units.
