With the Mulliner program, buyers can choose from a virtually limitless palette of colors, leathers, and veneers. “Perhaps you desire a marquetry inlay that depicts a cherished family memory or intricate hand-stitching that embodies your personal design motif; rest assured that our Mulliner artisans will translate your dreams into reality.”

The Bentleys produced not only exceed the unique demands of those who commission them but also set new standards in luxury design. These Bentleys are very limited, with exclusive production runs that buyers can tailor to their personal tastes.

One of the most recent Mulliner Coachbuilt creations is the Umbra, based on the Bentley Bentayga S. This range is so exclusive that even the fade design on the bumper and accents on the wheels are hand-painted. The bespoke interior mirrors the exterior accent colors and features extended Dinamica (a microfiber) and carbon fiber materials. The perforated fade design on the seats and door cards reflects the exterior’s hand-painted fade.

Carbon fiber elements with a contrasting color complete the Umbra’s (a name inspired by the innermost and darkest part of a shadow during a lunar eclipse) dark and menacing vibe.

Mulliner of England started as a horse saddle manufacturer in the 16th century. By the 19th century, it created coaches, and by the 20th century, it turned its attention on handcrafted car bodies and cabins. By 1959, it had become part of Bentley and started handling the company’s personal commissioning division.
