The GAC GS3 Emzoom has also joined the five-star club at the ASEAN New Car Assessment Program or ASEAN NCAP. The compact crossover, and GAC Motor Philippines’ best-selling vehicle, scored an impressive 88.39 out of 100 points.
As the first vehicle tested under the GAC Motor brand at the ASEAN NCAP, the GS3 Emzoom received the highest possible rating under the 2021-2025 assessment protocols.
The GS3 Emzoom scored 36.6 out of 40 in Adult Occupancy Protection or AOP. Testers noted that the front occupant compartment remained stable in frontal crash. The driver’s chest received only Marginal protection, while the lower legs to both front occupants received Adequate protection. It had Good levels of protection elsewhere.
Meanwhile, in Child Occupancy Protection, the GS3 Emzoom scored 16.43 out of 20.
The crossover also scored 17.86 out of 20 in Safety Assist Technologies and 17.5 out of 20 in Motorcyclist Safety. In order to reach these scores, the tested variant of the GS3 Emzoom requires Autonomous Emergency Braking (AEB) and Blind Spot Visualization. All technologies were found to be compliant with ASEAN NCAP protocols.

Wee... di nga, gac quality not good, gac dual clutch sucks. Gac have about 30 dealerships here and sales stagnant on average 300 units monthly. Each Dealerships selling well 10 units monthly, losing money well
