Suzuki PH Extends Parts, Labor Discount On Flood-Damaged Vehicles

Suzuki Philippines understands that the recent Typhoon Carina has impacted a lot of Filipinos. The heavy rains caused significant flooding in multiple areas, greatly affecting communities.

As such, Suzuki Philippines is extending assistance for flood-damaged Suzuki vehicles by offering a 30 percent discount on select parts and 10 percent off on labor. The discounted vehicle parts and labor can be availed at any of the participating Suzuki dealerships in NCR and Luzon.

The Suzuki Flood Assistance initiative provides a 30 percent discount on the following parts:
  • Engine Control Module (ECM)
  • ABS Control Module (ABS)
  • Body Control Module (BCM)
  • SRS Control Unit (SRS)
Other technical parts affected by flood, except consumable parts, can also be covered, subject to evaluation and approval. The discount is available for non-insured Suzuki vehicles and insured vehicles without Act of Nature Coverage.

The special discount on select parts is available until September 30, 2024. The claiming of discounts is valid until December 31, 2024. Affected owners may contact their Suzuki dealer for more information or connect with Suzuki Philippines’ Toll-Free Customer Care Hotline: #789854, available from 8 AM to 5 PM.

  1. Are Suzuki cars prone to rust just like its fellow Japanese and Korean carmakers in contrast to their European peers?

    1. Majority of our cars past and present were/are Japanese and we've never had rust issues. Which Japanese car models are you talking about?

    2. Based on my experience with the 2 suzuki vehicles we had, yes prone to rust. Yung hood ng APV napaka ganda pa ng paint pero ang metal/steel plate corroded na parang "varicose veins" tingnan na lumalabas sa ilalim ng pintura.

    3. Buying a brand new car does not guarantee it has not been repainted. Paint can get scratched dented during transport from factory into storage. You probably got a unit that has not been properly repainted.

    4. The quality of the paint or maybe the methodology being done by suzuki. Other portion na corroded yung malapit sa lagayan ng battery wala naman tagas hindi naman na babasa. Manipis masyado at hindi maganda ang paint quality pati ang switft yung old but gold jimny lang ata maganda ang paint quality sa suzuki.

    2. @Anon 11:17pm that sucks to hear. Our last Suzuki was a Vitara from more than 20 years ago. Haven't owned a Suzuki since then.
