2024 is a special year for MG. They are celebrating their 100th year, while July is particularly notable as it coincides with SAIC Motor Philippines (the official importer/distributor of MG in the Philippines) first full year of operation here in the country.
They’re not lifting their foot off the throttle as they continuously launch cars one after another. Just this year, we’ve seen the MG One, MG ZS EV, MG4 XPower, Cyberster, G50 Plus, MG3, and the facelifted MG ZS to name a few. Where else to see all of that but in the newly minted MG Gallery in Quezon Avenue.
MG Gallery is primarily a showroom to showcase the current top of the line models of MG Philippines, including the hybrids and EVs. No sales will be done here. However, all your queries about MG will be answered by their knowledgeable staff and you’ll be referred to a dealership nearest you.
Apart from the lineup, they’ll also be showcasing the past and future of the brand. This is why the upcoming IM L7 was displayed during the inauguration of the MG Gallery. They’re also on the lookout for a vintage MG, just in case any of you knows one that exists in the Philippines.
“We’re excited to unveil the MG Gallery to our Philippine market, where Filipinos who deserve a next-level driving experience can see for themselves the full potential that MG cars possess,” said Felix Jiang, President of MG Philippines. “We can’t wait to show them how MG can be their new favorite go-to partner on the road.”
Aside from being a 10-car showroom, the main space can also double as an event place for the brand like what happened during the inauguration. This gives them a home base north of the metropolis. There’s also a lounge and cafe for customers to relax while having their queries answered or their cars serviced. Yes you can have your cars serviced here. The MG Gallery will have technicians that can handle tasks beyond PMS including ‘tough and critical repair jobs.’
Speaking of servicing, the MG Gallery will also serve as the brand’s Sales and Technical Training Center to support all of the brand’s agents across its dealer network. It has four lecture rooms that can accommodate a combined 150 to 200 people to ensure MG’s standard for frontline customer service across the board. They also have an Aftersales Training Laboratory where their frontliners can receive comprehensive training and education on all MG vehicles.
There will also be a fast-charging hub infront for MG EV owners. Soon there will also be a fast-charging hub. It will be a 120-kW DC charging station that will make the MG Gallery a perfect stopover for those traveling north. They can enjoy the cars, lounge, and coffee as their car juices up.
Anyone can visit the MG Gallery at 1229 Quezon Avenue, Quezon City. All sales inquiries shall be forwarded to the nearest MG dealership near you.
