Ford Philippines launches the Territory Assure+, aiming to elevate the ownership experience with enhanced services available to Ford Territory owners.
Territory Assure+ is a suite of service initiatives designed to ensure that the Territory ownership experience is convenient and worry-free for both previous and current-generation owners.
Under Territory Assure+, owners can avail of Express Service, which gives them access to fast and reliable periodic maintenance service within just 90 minutes, including car wash.
Territory Assure+ also covers Free Pick-up and Delivery, where customers can have their vehicles picked up from and brought to their preferred location for service maintenance. With Pick-up and Delivery, customers can avail of expert maintenance with door-to-door service. This free service is available within 5-kilometers for Ford dealers in the metro and 8-kilometers for Ford dealers in the provinces.
Territory owners are also entitled to avail of Mobility Support, where they can access loaner vehicles from a Ford dealership while their vehicles are under repair for more than a day, keeping them on the road (subject to availability).
Finally, Territory Assure+ allows owners to enjoy Improved Customer Support with a dedicated e-mail address (ftassure [at] ford.com) where they can send their product or service-related queries. This e-mail address is on top of the Ford hotline and social media channels that they can also contact for questions.
