Hyundai Motor Philippines won’t just be at PIMS this year. They’ll also be electrifying this year’s Philippine EV Summit happening from October 24 to 26 where they’ll be featuring the Ioniq 5 N.
Recently crowned as the 2024 World Performance Car of the Year, the Ioniq 5 N is HMPH’s flagship high-performance EV that reflects the three Hyundai N pillars—Corner Rascal, Racetrack Capability, and Everyday Sportscar. With up to 650 horsepower, it takes only 3.4 seconds to reach from 0 to 100 km/h. Top speed is 260 km/h. Read our review of the Ioniq 5 N.
The Hyundai booth will also be highlighted by Spot, an autonomous four-legged robot produced by Hyundai in collaboration with Boston Dynamics. This marks its first appearance in Manila, having also been featured in several events across the region. Spot is just one of the several innovations Hyundai has engineered in its mission to innovate mobility solutions for all. Visitors can also test drive the Ioniq 6 and redeem exclusive freebies at the Hyundai booth.
“Our participation in this year’s EV Summit reflects our dedication to innovating the future for automotive technology,” says Mr. Cecil Capacete, HMPH Managing Director. “With our display of the Ioniq 5 N, as well as Spot, we hope to share with everyone how Hyundai continues to spark change in the EV scene. We invite everyone to visit our booth to see the Ioniq 5 N and Ioniq 6, as we also have several exciting offers for you to enjoy at the 12th EV Summit.”
Visitors can get Hyundai-branded merchandise and a free beverage when they register or inquire at the booth.
Hyundai cars are getting boring. Old tech cannot catch up with BYD, GAC and MG. Prices are almost double with a more inferior battery.
